Fiserv Scores 100 on Disability Equality Index

Fiserv has earned a top score of 100 on the 2024 Disability Equality Index® for the third consecutive year, demonstrating commitment to advancing a culture of inclusion and trust for associates around the world. As a top scorer, Fiserv is designated as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion" by Disability:IN – a classification reserved for companies that achieve a score of 80 and above on the Index.


The Disability Equality Index is a joint initiative by Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities and is recognized as the most robust disability inclusion assessment tool in business today. The Index aims to advance employment of people with disabilities, while also helping companies build long term value.


The 2024 Index evaluated companies in the following areas: Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Diversity and Responsible Procurement. Disability:IN's Inclusion Works member companies that meet the required criteria receive a score on a scale of zero to 100.
