The first course in the four-course program will be offered January 26 to March 9, 2026, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., on Monday and Wednesdays. The program will take place at the new D.M. Bowman Family Workforce Training Center on Northern Avenue in Hagerstown, which opened in June 2025.
