Slam the Weight to get a body fit for you! This new boutique sized fitness center will be in the heart of our down town and seeks to assist the community in reaching better health and wellness through exercise and knowledge. Offering dance fitness, high intensity interval training, boot camp classes, and personal training, this Veteran owned gym seeks to be an asset in helping people reach their personal health goals! 

Discounts are offered to military veterans with proof of service.
