Join us at the start of the new year for an evening of career inspiration with the successful CEO of our local Boys & Girls Club, Addie Nardi!

Addie will join us to share her career experiences, what she's learned along the way, and advice to a young professional. Come prepared to listen, learn, and ask questions, all while getting to know one of our community's leaders, working to impact our youngest generation in a big way.

Addie's Bio:

Addie Nardi has been the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County for seven years. In her time with the organization, she has rebuilt the organization’s infrastructure, raised its public profile, embarked on replacing the main clubhouse on Pennsylvania Ave. and regionalized the organization's operations through Allegany and Garrett Counties.

Prior to being with the club, Addie had about nine years of fundraising experience in Washington County through positions with United Way of Washington County and the Humane Society of Washington County.

Addie is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park and spent her early professional years working in sports & entertainment.

She is passionate about the business of nonprofits, with special interest in organizational transformation, and board and organizational development.

GenNext was created to benefit young professionals from the ages of 21 to 39. The group meets for professional development events, networking, volunteer initiatives, casual group outings, and more. Events are specifically structured to help young professionals advance in their communication, networking, and leadership skills. In addition, we strive for GenNext members to become advocates through community involvement in the Hagerstown-Washington County region.
