Alysson DuPont comes to MVB with 18 years of banking experience in human resources, communications, and experience management. She previously worked for Sandy Spring Bank as Senior Vice President - Director of Experience and HR M&A Lead. Alysson holds an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in Management from Salisbury University. She takes on an active and noticeable role in the communities the Bank serves, particularly in her engagements in the Frederick market. DuPont is also a member of the HR advisory board at Salisbury University. Kaela Scuderi has worked at MVB's Boonsboro Branch for over five years, most recently serving as Assistant Branch Manager prior to her promotion to Retail Branch Manager.
