With more than two decades of experience in the developmental disabilities and mental health field, Meg remains a vital source of knowledge and expertise for the organization.

Meg’s extensive background includes roles at Sheppard Pratt Health System, Community Supports for Autistic Adults and Children, The Arc of Frederick County, and Scott Key Center. She first joined The Arc of Washington County in 2016 as a Behavioral Consultant with IBMP, demonstrating a deep commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Since transitioning to Senior Director of QA/Health and Safety in 2021, Meg has played a pivotal role in strengthening organizational standards and enhancing program quality. She has successfully led the development of a compliance team, overseen the transition to Dimensional Nursing Services, and completed the Arc-MD Leadership Program. Currently, she is actively involved in directing quality care initiatives, participating in the Leadership Washington County program, and supporting strategic planning efforts, including preparation for the organization’s CARF accreditation.

With a steadfast dedication to continuous improvement, Meg will focus her expertise on driving quality throughout The Arc of Washington County’s programs, ensuring that individuals receive the highest standard of care and support.
