Fritts brings to the Board a wealth of experience in the accounting, tax, and business industries. For the last 25 years, he has been in leadership roles at SEK CPAs and Advisors (Hagerstown, MD). He currently serves as Member of the firm where he leads the business valuation team as interim director. Fritts has managed the Hagerstown office for 15 years, played a key role in firm governance by serving on the management committee, and has provided expert tax and business consulting guidance to small and mid-sized companies.

Fritts holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Shepherd University (Shepherdstown, WV) and an MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University (Emmitsburg, MD). He is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst).
