Sales Support coordinator contributes to the sales and customer service process by coordinating with sales reps and other departments to ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Main point of contact for customers and outside sales reps from initial point of intake through shipment of order
• Handle customer inquiries regarding quoting, pricing, orders, and shipment status
• Coordinate with finance, engineering, traffic, etc., when required. Responsible for following order(s) through the various departments to ensure order is completed on-time.
• Organizing, maintaining, and storing order communications
