TOPIC: Challenges of a Changing Organization
With Jean Radish, senior consultant - OpEx Process Consulting
During this highly interactive workshop, participants will identify the drivers of change, the challenges they represent, the different types of change, and the stages that people experience while undergoing a change process. Participants will experience a number of tools and methods for understanding change initiatives. By the end of the workshop, participants will also have an enhanced understanding of change leadership styles and ways to manage change for their team.

Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Recognize the driving forces an organization is facing, and their implications for both the short- and long-term.
2. Gain a greater understanding of the stages of organizational change and how they affect people.
3. Learn tools and methods to help yourself and your colleagues navigate the change process effectively.
Jean Radish, Owner OpEx Process Consulting
Jean Radish is fascinated with the interconnectedness of things. How changing any one factor impacts so many others. Her ambition is increasing the effectiveness of high-performing leaders and the processes they manage. Using curiosity to implement change, she coaches workflow innovation to achieve Operational Excellence. Jean is both a Certified Process Improvement Specialist and a Certified Executive Coach.
In her professional roles, including Plant Manager and Chief Operating Officer, she has first-hand experience with accountability for business performance. She is driven to find creative and collaborative results that cross departmental boundaries and reach operational objectives in profitability while building a culture that drives the future. She has the unique experience of building a new facility from initial groundbreaking and met the proposed 10-year growth plan in equipment, staff and production within six years. Utilizing experience working with highly demanding clients such as John Deere, National Geographic, and Victoria’s Secret, Jean has successfully faced major growth initiatives, quality expectations, and productivity challenges. Due to her coaching style approach to leadership development, members of her team have gone on to become department and plant managers themselves.
With over three decades of experience, Jean’s impact now is as a “Change Instigator” – a person who initiates something by creating change. Jean established OpEx Process Consulting to focus her passion on supporting manufacturing and service companies to scale while building profit, capacity, and reputation. Her client’s journey of Operational Excellence is facilitated through tailored process improvement, leadership coaching and team training. Jean has a unique combination of skills and experience to engage leaders in systematic, sustainable and scalable ways to continuously integrate, improve and innovate business workflows and achieve operational excellence. Jean’s certification in, deep understanding of, and ability to coach Agile and Lean Six Sigma principles have enabled a wide range of organizations to undergo successful transformations.
