Coffee & Connections

Description
At Coffee and Connections, we celebrate Chamber members in a variety of ways! Several times out of the year, we select a Chamber member to speak about what their company does. We also have refreshments provided monthly! Lastly, we feature work from artists affiliated with the Washington County Arts Council for you to view at the mixer. Join us in the F&M Trust Training Room at the Chamber.
Read about what this month's mixer will have in store for you!
Brian Heinrich will have his artwork displayed at the mixer this month.
Artist Statement:
Every painting proves to me that I am still a student and not a master. Every painting accomplished is a successful lesson.
Brian's Bio:
Brian is a retired teacher from Washington County, who considers his faith and his family as number one in his life.
Although sometimes he thinks of himself as a narcissist, he’s been assured by his friends, that a narcissist would never admit that they were a narcissist. His wife, on the other hand, always told him that he loved center-stage, which was undeniable. He has performed with amateur theatrical groups in the area, as well as singing groups.
As the sun went down on those activities, he turned his attention to discovering his artistic ability. When watercolors proved to be too difficult, he turned his attention to acrylic and oil painting. He’s been painting for the last seven years.
Eventually, Brian says he will go back to watercolor and, hopefully, be successful. Painting is a performance art and allows him to pursue center-stage once again.
River Bottom Roasters will be providing refreshments at this month's event!
Thank you to the 19405 Emerald Sq. Edward Jones for sponsoring this event!
