About Andrew:

Andrew is the Director of Business Services at McCaskill Financial. He develops innovative financial strategies for companies of all sizes. Formerly, Andrew served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army before retiring in 2021. He spent over ten years in strategic planning and organizational leadership positions.

He proudly served overseas in both Afghanistan and Iraq, leading over 250 soldiers on combat operations. Most importantly, all of them returned unharmed to their families. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University. Andrew is an active member (and former Board member) of the Key City Rotary as well as several veterans groups. He founded the Veteran Success Committee of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve as its chair. He is the Owner and President of Bazooka Games, a national hobby and game retailer. Most importantly, Andrew is attempting to raise two wild children with his wife Caitlyn.
