This 5-week continuing education course eradicates entrepreneurial poverty by helping business owners prioritize and thereby maximize profit. Leveraging current behavior, follow a step-by-step plan to set aside money for profit, operational expenses, payroll and taxes. Topics include cash flow management, profit distribution, and operational efficiency.
