HAGERSTOWN, Md. (October 15, 2026) – Maryland-based managed service provider Innovative Incorporated has been named to the 2026 MSP 501, an annual ranking of the top 501 managed service providers worldwide. The company first shared the news with clients, partners, and employees at its 25th anniversary celebration.

The MSP 501 is one of the most comprehensive rankings of managed service providers. Providers from around the world apply each year, and the list is built from a detailed review of each company’s business data, including recurring revenue, revenue per employee, and growth.

The recognition comes as Innovative rolls out a rebrand and a new suite of services. At the center is innovateCORE, the IT foundation that has always been at the heart of Innovative’s work, alongside four named offerings: innovateSTRONG, innovateTRUST, innovateSMART, and innovateAHEAD.

“Our clients rely on us for more than keeping their systems running,” said Lauren Rappaport, Innovative’s director of strategic accounts and marketing. “An independent ranking like the MSP 501 gives them confidence that the partner behind their technology runs a steady, well-managed business built for the long term.”

About Innovative Incorporated

In 2001, founder and president Jason Rappaport, alongside his then-business partner, launched Innovative Incorporated with the mission to help people and businesses maximize the power of technology. Having spent his career in the IT industry, Rappaport saw the importance of technology growing in the business world. Technology was becoming as important in business as accounting and operations functions. The company began as a computer repair and consulting business and quickly grew as a value-added reseller of computers and network infrastructure.

Today, Innovative delivers managed and co-managed IT services built for the way businesses operate now. As a Modern MSP, the company goes beyond keeping systems running, helping clients strengthen their security posture, meet compliance obligations, get more value from their technology investments, and adopt AI responsibly. Consulting, education, and security remain at the core of everything Innovative does.

Headquartered in Hagerstown, Maryland, with a secondary location in Washington, DC, Innovative employs nearly 50 technology professionals and serves business clients from Western Maryland and Martinsburg, West Virginia to Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
