CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – F&M Trust is pleased to announce that Philip Pantano, Senior Vice President and Commercial Services Market Manager, and Cynthia Marconi, Vice President and Treasury Deposit and Business Services Manager, recently graduated from the 2025-2026 PA Bankers Leadership Institute, a unique program that utilizes a multi-dimensional leadership training model.

Guided by banking leadership experts, Dr. Linda Eagle of Global Bankers Institute and Dennis Budinich of FTCTogether, the program takes participants “behind the curtain” to examine the success that comes from a strong organizational culture and assess how it relates to performance, leadership, engagement and communication to achieve results.

Pantano has been with F&M Trust since 2005 and previously served as a Credit Analyst and Commercial Services Relationship Manager. In his current role, Pantano leads the commercial banking sales team in their business development efforts, strengthening client relationships, and expanding loan and deposit portfolios. Marconi has been with F&M Trust since 2016 and previously served as Community Office Manager for the F&M Trust Greencastle and Marion Community Offices. In her current role, Marconi leads the Treasury Management team’s deposit growth initiatives, oversees product development, and ensures strong operational performance for new and existing client relationships.
