Hosted at the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (MSOM), this event brings together business leaders, community members, and organizations for a morning of inspiration, connection, and shared purpose.

2026 Keynote: “Learning to be Steady in Unsteady Times”

This year’s keynote speaker is Vaughn Thurman, Founder and CEO of HighGear, a Frederick-based no‑code workflow software company. Vaughn has been married for nearly 30 years, has six children, and lives on a family-run farm focused on regenerative and organic farming principles and products.

The breakfast will be held in the Alice Virginia & David W. Fletcher Foundation Conference Center, located within the D.M. Bowman Academic Hall at 11120 Health Drive, Hagerstown, MD 21742. Complimentary parking is available in designated areas near the MSOM building.
