Joy Maid Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, confident communicator to help expand our commercial cleaning division through outbound calls to local businesses.

About the Role

This is more than just a calling position — it’s an opportunity to grow with a company that values initiative, communication, and results. You’ll play an important role in helping local businesses learn about our commercial cleaning services and identifying potential clients who may need support.

You’ll spend about an hour at a time making outbound calls to local businesses, introducing our services, and starting professional conversations with decision-makers. If you enjoy talking with people and can create a warm, professional first impression, you’ll do very well in this role.

Position Details

Part-time position

Approximately 5 hours per week

$15 per hour

Plus $200 commission for every commercial cleaning contract that results from your calls
