Position: Field Technician
Reports to: Field Supervisor
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
C&M Lawns is looking for a dependable, hard-working Field Technician to join our local, family-owned and operated lawn care business. Main responsibilities will include providing world-class customer service while maintaining healthy, vibrant lawns and landscapes for our clients using professional-grade equipment. Daily tasks may include lawn mowing, property cleanups, mulch installation, and other small landscaping projects. The ideal candidate is someone who can be part of a team but can also work individually, doesn’t mind working outdoors, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities, to include but not limited to:
Lawn Maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, etc.)
Turf Maintenance (aeration, seeding, sod installation, etc.)
Landscape & Property Enhancements (mulch installation, shrub trimming, seasonal cleanups, bed edging, etc.)
Diagnosing & Inspections (signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies, etc.)
Equipment Operation (riding mowers, spreaders, backpack blowers, trimmers, etc.)
Customer Service
Safety & Maintenance (loading/unloading equipment safely, keeping company vehicles and equipment clean, proper PPE, etc.)

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Physical Stamina
Prior Experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent
