About Mark:

Mark Appenzellar, Director of Content Development at ValorExcel, has served in a variety of positions within the company since first joining the team in January of 2015. He has a 29-year background in the credit card issuance and merchant services industries, with experience in operations analysis, technical writing, and information management.

In his current role, Mark is responsible for executing and overseeing the company’s content strategy. His involvement with business clients includes developing work flow process documentation and video training materials to assist with new hires or employee cross-training. Mark also develops curriculum covering a wide range of topics, including personal and professional skills, and conducts workshops based on this content.
