Toni Bowie, a member of our Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors, is a DEI strategist preparing to publish a workbook titled “A Foundational Understanding of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.”  This workbook is designed for organizations, their employees and members.  As she nears the finish line, we have invited Toni to present her workbook to our group of empowered women to review and provide feedback.  We hope you will join us on June 9.

Bio: 

Toni Bowie has dedicated over 30 years creating safe spaces to facilitate vital conversations and actionable change around equity, diversity, and inclusion (DEI) through consulting, coaching, group facilitation, workshops and keynote presentations.

Toni is a certified diversity executive with certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Professional Coaching. She holds a B.A in communications from Mississippi State University and an M.S. in psychology from Hood College.
