Join Barbara and Michele for an interactive morning at 

the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, PIA:

• Meet Michele Morrison, our new campus director!
• Receive a tour of the hangar.
• Take part in an interactive presentation about women's experiences and talk about the need to acknowledge and appreciate all our past experiences.

About Barbara:

Barbara Martin is currently the Admission Representative at the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics here in Hagerstown. She has been with PIA for 9 years. 

Barbara has started a non-profit Brighter Horizons with Cortnie Beaver and Shadae Paul that provides financial literacy class to women in recovery.

 Barbara is a certified Martha Beck Life Coach and has her ICF certification. Her practice is Women in Transition offering women insight into their “limiting beliefs” that are holding them back from being their authentic selves and holds them accountable for moving forward in their lives.

Barbara and her husband have raised and homeschooled 4 boys. After 30 years of ice hockey, soccer, baseball, and academic events they continue to contribute to the Washington County community in different ways.

About Michele:

Michele Morrison is currently the Campus Director at the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics in Hagerstown. She has twenty-five years of experience working in education on a college/university level, as a government contractor and in the healthcare industry.

Michele and her husband have 18-year-old twins who are preparing to start college in the fall. After years of basketball, volleyball, scouting, piano lessons, and theatre, they are preparing for the next chapter.
