Rehab 2 Perform (R2P) is a fitness forward, physical therapy and sports rehab company, providing a personalized and modern approach to healthcare. Serving active adults competitive athletes, and those looking to be more active through an exercise and movement based brand of physical therapy. Guiding individuals to recover stronger move better and be able to perform now and for life!

We opened in October of 2025. Dr. Matthew Mannick, DPT was born and raised in the area, and showed growth opportunities within the company to lead a facility, in addition to some area and strategic partners that we align with. The community is very active, and one we look forward to supporting on their movement, fitness, and greater health journeys!
