What if we changed the way we think about leadership? What if, instead of focusing on ourselves as leaders, we focused on the moments in which we lead and follow: the people, the processes, the goals, the relationships? In this presentation, we’ll explore leadership as a momentary phenomenon, examining what we each bring to these moments and the essential skills for leading both generally and in specific contexts. You’ll be invited to reflect on, prepare for, and more intentionally engage in the leadership and moments that shape your life and leadership.
