Reach is a nonprofit organization serving the Washington County community for 33 years through our volunteer outreach programs. Our programs range from safety net to independence, including a cold weather shelter and year-round initiatives including Case Management, a Day Resource Center, Bridge to Change, financial assistance, and Financial Literacy classes.
