Optimal provides case management with the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration throughout all regions of Maryland. In addition, Optimal serves the 5 mid and upper counties of the Maryland Eastern Shore through our Home Health program, providing skilled clinical services in the homes of our clients. Our Fingerprinting services are available in our Hagerstown location, our Chestertown location and through our mobile services.
