The third annual Washington County Juneteenth Author Showcase. Black authors who reside in Washington, Garrett, Allegany, and Frederick counties will be showcased. Juneteenth is the celebration of the emancipation of enslaved African people in the United States. In partnership with The F.O.C.U.S. (Fun, Opportunity, Concentration, Unwavering, Success) Trainer.
