National Disability Employment Awareness Month Luncheon

Join Star Community in celebrating disability employment in our community! 

Every year, Star holds a celebration honoring National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). We are excited to expand our celebration to our community, and we welcome local organizations to join us in celebrating employers who are disability advocates, as well as those with disabilities who work for them. 

This is a great chance to not only network with other employers, but to network with job seekers! 

What to expect: 

• A presentation of plaques to Star Community’s newest employment partners 
• Networking and mingling with job seekers, employers, and people supported by Star’s Employment Services 
• A Q&A session with people supported and their employers 
• A presentation about how we can amplify disability employment advocacy in our community 
• Light refreshments provided by Leiters’ Fine Catering
