Description

This 7-week bootcamp gives managers the skills to lead and supervise a team, as well as learn the basic principles of communication, project management, coaching, human resources, and customer service. The series includes the following seven courses:

The Significance of Supervision: 6/10-6/12

Communication Skills for Managers: 6/24-6/26

Moving from Customer Service to Customer Care: 7/1-7/3

Project Management Essentials: 7/8-7/10

Leadership Skills - The Essentials for Success: 7/15-7/17

Human Resource Management, Meaning and Methods: 7/22-7/24

Coaching for Improved Performance: 7/29-7/31

All classes take place Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-1pm at our new location, The Bowman Training Center.
