GROUNDBREAKING: Fahrney Keedy Independent Living Cottages Expansion

Since 1905, Fahrney Keedy Senior Living Community has been an organization that cares for seniors. All of these years later, they are continuing the mission of their founders to ensure no senior within their care is ever denied critical services. 

Fahrney Keedy is starting construction of their 36-cottage expansion, with this groundbreaking marking the beginning of one top-of-the-line single-family model home. The plans for the full construction project will include quadruplexes, duplexes, and single-family cottages that can be customized during the initial stages of construction. Sizes will range from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet, with a choice of 2 or 3-bedroom homes, on their open, rural campus. Homes will be equipped with full kitchens, garages, and laundry. A low monthly fee will cover sewer, water, and trash service, as well as lawn mowing, snow removal and more.
