Girls on the Run is dedicated to inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy and confident while creatively integrating running and movement. 

Each season concludes with a celebratory 5K run! 

Fall participants attend our Gingerbread Dash, which is open to the entire community. The Gingerbread Dash is a family friendly event for all ages and abilities. Run, walk or roll your way through our 5K event, starting and finishing on the Meritus Park baseball field, home of the Flying Boxcars. Costumes and festive holiday gear are encouraged!
