Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Frederick, 80-100k+   

My client an industry leading manufacturer in Frederick, MD is looking to bring on a dynamic Senior leadership HRBP. This role will have 1-2 direct reports and will act as the Business Unit Advisor to the Division President. My client is a multiple entity national conglomerate and this individual will also partner with various HR Shared services across the company. This is someone who can think Big Picture and Strategic while also being able to roll up their sleeves and be on the production floor. This individual will have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, along with 4+ years of Full Spectrum HR Generalist/Manager experience, SHRM certification a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity with a large growing organization that you will be involved in the Full Life Cycle of HR and part of the Business.
