He brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing\, business development\, operations\, and organizational leadership\, including senior leadership roles with Point Broadband\, Shentel/Glo Fiber\, and Sprint. A longtime advocate for Washington County\, Stephen has served in leadership roles with the Washington County Chamber of Commerce\, Washington County Free Library\, Western Maryland Regional Library\, Children in Need\, and other community organizations. His Chamber recognitions include the 2019 At Your Service Award\, 2020 Small Business of the Year\, 2022 Young Professional of the Year\, and 2024 Business Person of the Year\, and he has helped several other organizations earn Chamber awards through his work in marketing\, positioning\, and storytelling.
