Manning Media is hosting a Drive-Through Trick or Treat Event at Fairgrounds Park in Hagerstown! 

There are approximately 700 carloads of families that come to participate in this event, so it will be a good one! 

Business Owners: Reserve a booth space to hand out candy and marketing materials to families in attendance! That is a 60% discount!!
